INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Download this file and copy it to your \TraiNet2\report directory.
2. Delete the old report file called Trainet2Reports.mdb.
3. Rename this file Trainet2Reports.mdb

1. Right-click on the "HAC Enrollment Template" link above and choose "Save Target As ..."
2. Choose the directory where you wish to save the file.
3. Type "HACEnrollmentTemplate.xls" in the file name box.
4. Click the Save button.
